TREE MEDIA DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI HALL OF FAME
In 1994, the Rose Tree Media School District established the Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame to honor Media High School and Penncrest High School graduates who have distinguished themselves in various fields of endeavor. The first induction took place in the spring of 1995. The following is the statement of purpose: “To recognize outstanding graduates of Penncrest and Media High Schools and serve as an inspiration for students of the Rose Tree Media School District.” The Nominating Committee meets annually in February to review and vote on candidates presented for election to the Hall of Fame. The candidates selected for induction into the Hall of Fame are honored at a school assembly that spring and at a reception following the assembly. A candidate will be eligible for induction ten years after graduation from high school.
